  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Overnight orders will be processed the same business day if ordered by 12 pm,  otherwise they will be processed the next business day. Generally take 3-5 business days to deliver. You will receive tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

  • We offer Standard shipping with tracking number on Local and International orders. For international orders, shipping rates differ across geographic regions.

  • Yes – for Local Orders over $‌75 SGD

  • All registered mail orders come with tracking numbers and if you do not receive tracking number, please email our customer support team atmalgaoffice@gmail.com  and we will assist you. For all local orders, you should receive your registered mail item within a week. If you do not receive your order within a week, please let us know via email within 10 working days.

  • We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately. If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us a detailed note with photographic evidence atmalgaroffice@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery.

  • Malgar Shop will accepts returns. You must returnthe Unopened& Unuseditem within 14 working days after your order is delivered. Please note  that orders returned after 14 days will not be refunded or sent back to you.

  • We apologise but we do not currently offer exchanges – all sales are final.

  • All of our products have a 24-month shelf life

  • Our products do not have any contraindications so they are considered safe for use, but please consult with your doctor before trying any new products.

  • We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
